So here’s my plan
Only water for the next 24 hours.
Tomorrow I can have black coffee and plain green tea.
Saturday, I can add sweeteners to my coffee and drink whatever kind of tea I want.
Sunday (because I have dance for 8 hours) I have to eat real food. But only what a vegan would eat. So no meat or dairy or eggs.
Monday I’ll be back to being a vegetarian and will hopefully be feeling better.
Thanksgiving really made me feel icky.
Also; I’ll be running a mile a day (at least) until I get an acceptable time/ lose some serious weight
